OLKA was founded in 2017 by Oliver Barnett and Karolis Daugela. Our goal was simple - to provide better value in the construction sector without compromising on quality.
Our ambition is to construct each project with the same passion and attention to detail as if it were our own. We take pride in our work and challenge ourselves to always do better.
We also supply and fit uPVC, wooden and aluminium windows which we import from Europe. Our windows are A++ rated and are available with double or triple glazing with achievable u-values as low as 0.68 W/m²K.

Karolis has worked for some of the largest building contractors in the country and has extensive experience in construction.

Director
Oliver has extensively a retail and sales background. New to construction, he brought a different view to the business.

Jonas will be your contact on site ensuring standards are maintained, deadlines are met and your project is completed on time.

We are based in Mullingar in County Westmeath and accept construction projects throughout Westmeath, Roscommon, Meath, Offaly and Kildare.
